Opening Day- Brandywine Beer Garden [Vendor Pass]

LOCATION: Brothers on the Brandywine Beer Garden 2100 Strasburg Rd, Coatesville, PA 19320 [Please use the Laurel Road entrance to enter the park. Signs will be there]

FAQs 

• Beer Garden opens to the public at 1pm (This is an outdoor event so please plan accordingly) 
• Vendor set-up time between 9:30 am-12:00 pm (Your location/assignments will be assigned on the day of arrival on a first come first serve basis)
• Cars will be allowed inside the park only to unload items and must be promptly moved to designated vendor parking (No cars allowed during Beer Garden open hours) 
• Each non-food vendor is guaranteed a 10x10 space. 
• Vendors are responsible for their own setup and breakdown. Tents and tables are encouraged.
• We cannot guarantee outlet connections 
• Vendor passes are non-refundable unless the beer garden is canceled due to weather which you will be notified.
